A FRIENDLY PLACE TO LIVE. Springside, off US Highway 27 in Cold Spring, KY, is a community of over 150 homes located a short 10 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and approximately 30 minutes from Greater Cincinnati - Northern Kentucky airport. 

Springside offers many amenities - a clubhouse, swimming pool, shuffle board, horseshoe pit, basketball court and a lovely area to walk in.  The neighborhood has a variety of home styles, featuring brick and vinyl siding exteriors.  Built in a “Townhouse Style“ homes range in size from between 1200 and 2400 square feet, with homes  priced from around $120,000 to $250,000.

Although the community is only a short driving distance from a large city, with numerous cultural and entertainment activities,  Springside and Cold Spring have maintained a small town atmosphere.  Neighbors greet each other in Springside.
